What is Golf Fitness Instruction?
Golf Fitness Instruction is an adjunct to a golfer’s professional instruction and coaching. The goal of Golf Fitness is to help the player achieve the most efficient swing possible for their body type. This is best achieved through corrective exercise and manual therapy, professionally prescribed to maximize the body’s efficiency.
We don’t believe there is one way to swing a club; we believe there are infinite number of ways to swing a club. But we do believe that there is one efficient way for everyone to swing and it is based on what they can physically do.

How does Golf Fitness Instruction work?
The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) has developed an examination process based on the golf swing. After performing this 11-point functional evaluation, your TPI professional will use high-speed video to help identify any major faults in your swing.
Ideally, we would like to work with your golf pro or swing coach to help you overcome the faults and limitations holding you back, and maximize the efficiency of your golf swing.
